great location with some dining limitations
The location offers easy access to the city center, making it simple to explore. Breakfast served at the table is a nice detail, though limited to one main course.
The breakfast limitations may not suit everyone.

Had a wonderful experience at the W in San Francisco. The staff made us feel at home, and the room had stunning views and a cozy ambiance. However, the room was a bit small, and housekeeping was intrusive despite our requests. Overall, a delightful stay.

I had a fantastic time at the W Hotel in San Francisco! The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. The corner suite on the 26th floor offered breathtaking views of the city and the bay. The room felt luxurious, equipped with two bathrooms and a spacious living area that made our anniversary extra special. Joshua, who checked us in, surprised us with an upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The location cannot be beat, right next to SFMOMA and plenty of great restaurants. However, I was disappointed to find that breakfast was not included in the price. Also, it seemed that the bar downstairs was closed to guests on the last night of our stay due to a private event, which was frustrating. Overall, a memorable trip, but some aspects could use improvement, especially regarding dining options and transparency around events.

I found a used condom in the bathroom. But the heated lap pool was awesome! And the breakfast was served at the table, not a buffet. Plus, it was within walking distance to local eats.

Perfect spot for a family getaway
The staff were kind, they really went out of their way to make us feel like VIPs. I mean, they even arranged for one room for us to avoid the hassle of checking out and checking in again with our kids it was like they knew what we needed without us even asking.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the perks it was acceptable.

Beautiful city views and modern amenities
I stayed for 6 nights in the Fabulous Guest Room, which had stunning city views and was impeccably styled. The room was equipped with a Nespresso machine for fresh coffee, which I loved. The hotel is also perfectly located for exploring the vibrant SoMA area. However, I wish the dining options were more varied, as I found the in-house restaurant menu a bit limited.

The room was pretty stylish and comfortable. The bed was super cozy, and the views from the high floor were amazing! Loved the modern feel and clean vibe. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch for coffee lovers. But the bathroom layout could’ve been better. the toilet roll was a bit hard to reach. Other than that, it was a solid stay.

Sipping cocktails at the bar was a vibe and the local eats are unreal! I adventured through nearby delicious spots like Mourad and Fogo de Chao. Plus, the staff went out of their way to upgrade our view—major kudos for that!
But watch out for the manager—seriously rude and argumentative. Double charges hit us hard, and his 'solution' was a Google search. Not the kind of treatment I expected at a place like this!

The convenient location made it easy to walk to the convention center, eliminating the hassle of public transit. The room was spacious with a great city view and modern finishes. Unfortunately, I encountered an unpleasant situation with cleanliness that management failed to address, which overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable experience.
